HR MANAGER PART-TIME

HR Manager - Part time - Milton Keynes 22 hours per week. Join this progressive and reputable MK company as HR Manager supporting several departments including Commercial and Technical. This is a key role delivering a full HR management role, offering HR strategies and initiatives. You’ll partner with managers and teams to deliver HR solutions that strengthen performance, engagement and growth. Acting as a trusted partner to various teams across the business, you’ll balance strategic HR planning with hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce development. Duties to include: • Implement local HR strategies aligned with business priorities and site needs. • Provide guidance to managers on people management, workforce planning and performance. • Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and enhance employee experience. • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to embed global processes and best practices. • Oversee core HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation. • Champion engagement and well-being programs, ensuring a safe and inclusive culture. • Advise on employee relations and compliance, partnering with Site Council when required. • Contribute to HR digitalisation and process-improvement projects. Essential requirements: • CIPD Level 5, bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. • Extensive HR experience, including in a partnering role. • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and workforce management. • Experience with HR analytics, change management and digital HR tools. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships. .
