This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or People Manager with a strong manufacturing background to join a well-established global manufacturer. Working as part of the site leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping people strategy, driving employee engagement, supporting operational leaders and delivering a high-performing HR function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Duties • Partner with the site leadership team to deliver strategic and operational HR support. • Lead, coach and develop the on-site HR team. • Drive employee engagement, performance management and organisational development initiatives. • Manage complex employee relations cases, providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain skilled employees. • Support succession planning, workforce planning and capability development. • Manage compensation, benefits and performance review processes. • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies and best practice. • Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. • Support health, wellbeing and occupational health initiatives. Requirements • Previous experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing environment (essential). • Strong generalist HR experience supporting operational and manufacturing leaders. • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. • Proven employee relations, coaching and stakeholder management experience. • Experience leading, mentoring and developing HR teams. • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification (CIPD desirable). • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle experience advantageous).
