The Role HR Reward Partner Contract: full-time, permanent Location: Cheadle Hours: , Mon-Fri Salary: £55K - £65K (dependant on experience) Interview Process: 2 stages (both onsite) The Opportunity Are you a reward professional who enjoys combining data-driven decision making with employee experience? We're partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an HR Reward Partner who will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and continuously improving reward, benefits, and recognition programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reward, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics experience who enjoys working in a regulated environment and influencing reward strategy through robust data and market insight. As HR Reward Partner, you'll support the delivery of reward initiatives across the business, ensuring compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to organisational objectives. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to manage annual reward cycles, provide analytical insight, and support the ongoing development of reward frameworks and policies. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Support annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and promotion cycles • Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking activity • Maintain reward policies, pay frameworks, and job architecture • Manage employee benefits programmes, including pension, healthcare, wellbeing, and salary sacrifice schemes • Produce reward reporting, cost modelling, pay analysis, and dashboards • Support payroll reconciliation and reward budgeting processes • Provide guidance to managers on compensation and reward-related decisions • Ensure reward activities remain compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and governance standards • Contribute to reward projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives About YouYou'll bring: • Experience in reward, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics • Strong understanding of salary structures, reward frameworks, and benefits administration • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting capability • A highly accurate and detail-focused approach • The ability to interpret data and provide commercially focused recommendations • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
