About the Role In this role, you will: • Support the smooth running of the IDAS referral and assessment hub. • Handle enquiries and referrals, inputting information into the case management system. • Provide advice, information, and assistance to those contacting the hub. • Assist with data collation for reporting and monitoring purposes. • Help coordinate Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) processes when required. • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Attend meetings, training, and supervision sessions to support continuous improvement. • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
