Interim Reward Manager • Duration: 6-Month Fixed-Term Assignment (Potential Extension) • Job Type: Hybrid – Home Working with London office • Hours: 36 Hours per Week • Pay Rates: London: PAYE: £33.95 per hour plus holiday, Umbrella: £43.37 per hour; (may be some flexibility) • Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension. This role is crucial for supporting organisational change, job evaluation activity, and reward decision-making within a large and complex organisation. Day-to-day of the role: • Lead job evaluation reviews to ensure consistency, internal equity, and market competitiveness. • Coordinate reviews associated with organisational restructures and business change programmes. • Conduct external benchmarking and market analysis to inform reward decisions. • Complete pay impact analysis and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders. • Support reward projects and annual reward activities. • Analyse reward data and provide meaningful management insights. • Ensure reward and benefit changes are accurately reviewed and administered. • Partner with HR colleagues and senior leaders to provide expert reward advice and guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Significant experience in reward and compensation. • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. • Strong job evaluation expertise, ideally using the Korn Ferry methodology. • Advanced Excel and analytical skills. • Experience using HRIS systems and producing insightful reporting. • Strong knowledge of reward practices, benchmarking, and pay analysis. • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. • A commercial and solutions-focused approach. Location: • Hybrid role, working flexibly between home and London offices • Occasional travel to other locations may be required.
