Job description

Location: Hitchin Office Type: Full-Time, Permanent My client, a well-established and growing Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Hitchin, is seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join their supportive and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their paraplanning career who is eager to develop their technical knowledge, progress professionally, and work closely with experienced advisers and senior paraplanners. Key Responsibilities • Supporting advisers with research and report writing • Preparing suitability letters, client review packs, and recommendations • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met • Assisting with product research across pensions, investments, and protection • Liaising with providers and clients as required • Providing general administrative support to the team Candidate Requirements • Ideally 1+ year of paraplanning or financial services administration experience • Working towards the Level 4 Diploma (or keen to begin) • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow What My Client Offers • Competitive salary of £27,000 – £32,000 • Clear progression pathway with full exam support • A friendly, professional working environment • The opportunity to develop within a successful IFA practice Please contact Sam at Financial Divisions for more information for this role, thank you.
