Position Overview • Drive the development of the discretionary risk framework by enhancing firm-wide processes and infrastructure. • Ensure discretionary strategies operate within riks limits and allocations defined by the Investment Commitee. • Identify and evaluate risks associated with discretionary trading strategies. • Analyze portfolio-level risk exposures and key performance drives. • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders on strategy analysis. • Support trade and portfolio construction across the discretionary business. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field (includes degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science and Physics); advanced degree preferred. Years Experience Guidelines • Graduate level up to 3 years of relevant experience. Required Skillset • Shows a keen interest in Risk Management and understanding complex risk frameworks. • Applies a quantitative approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Thrives in fasst-paced environments with a strong sense of urgency and proactive mindset. • Communicates effectively with global teammates to drive alignment and results. • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with trading, analyst, and quantiative teams.
