The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Support students during lessons on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities. • Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. • Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required. • Encourage independence, confidence and positive classroom behaviour. • Assist with intervention sessions and classroom preparation.
