Learning Support Assistant - Full-Time | Lambeth | September Start Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school? What we're looking for: • Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a school setting. • Strong knowledge of supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. • A proactive, patient, and positive approach. • A degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils. • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. • Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development. • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
