Float Secretary Location: Orpington, Kent Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an organised, proactive, and adaptable administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Orpington, is looking to recruit a Float Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across multiple departments. The Role: As a Float Secretary, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business by providing flexible support wherever it's needed. Key Responsibilities: • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across various departments. • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. • Arranging travel and preparing meeting documentation where required. • Producing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems. • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative projects and business initiatives. • Assisting with general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
