The person in this post will play an important role in ensuring our staff are confident, competent and in date with key areas of their mandatory training. Working closely with colleagues locally, the successful individual will plan, deliver, assess and evaluate learning in Immediate Life Support, Basic Life Support and Safety Intervention Training. We want to be sure that the training people receive really is changing lives so theres a strong emphasis on learner experience and measuring both knowledge retention and behaviour change. The individual in this post will promote a culture of learning and practice development, ensuring skills are accessible to all.
