Locum Planning Lawyer – Full Time – Remote Working – Up to £65 per hour umbrella – ASAP Start – Initial 3+ Months Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer to join a friendly Local Authority on an interim basis. The role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative legal team. The Role: Position: Locum Planning Lawyer Working Arrangement: Full Time, Remote working Duration: Initial 3+ months with the likelihood of extension Rate: Up to £65 per hour umbrella Key Responsibilities: • Managing a varied caseload of Planning Law matters on behalf of the Council • Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and policy • Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice on a range of planning matters to Officers and stakeholders Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive • Demonstrable experience in Planning Law within a Local Authority setting • Strong experience drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently Job Reference: J96478 For more information or to apply for this role, please contact Phoebe Maries or Ebby Vallance on or email .
