Logistics Specialist London N1 Salary £50,0000 This is an opportunity for a proactive and organised Logistics Specialist to lead day-to-day UK logistics operations, ensuring products move efficiently from European warehouses to customers across the UK. Working closely with commercial teams, supply chain partners and Head Office, you'll play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service, optimising logistics performance and managing UK demand forecasting to support stock availability. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to UK customers. • Manage UK demand forecasting and collaborate with Sales and Head Office to maintain optimal stock levels. • Build strong relationships with 3PL providers, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvements. • Track logistics performance, produce regular reports and identify opportunities to improve service, costs and operational efficiency. • Work collaboratively with internal teams and customer supply chains to deliver a seamless customer experience. Skills & Experience • Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer operations or demand planning, ideally within FMCG, retail or wholesale. • Strong understanding of UK supply chain operations and experience working with 3PL logistics providers. • Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with internal teams, customers and external partners. • Commercially aware with a continuous improvement mindset and experience using data to drive operational performance.
