Maintenance Facilities Supervisor £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Forest of Dean Are you a hands-on Facilities engineer with experience managing compliance, contractors, and site services, looking to join a well-established manufacturer in a highly autonomous role? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied facilities function, working across building maintenance, compliance, contractor management, and local IT support within a modern manufacturing environment. The company are a market leader within their specialist industry and continue to invest heavily in their site and people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Facilities Lead to oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the site. In this role, you will manage service contracts, oversee statutory compliance, coordinate contractors, maintain the site and grounds, and act as the first point of contact for local IT and facilities support. You'll work closely with multiple departments, playing a key role in maintaining operational continuity. This position would suit someone with facilities management experience looking for a varied, hands-on role with genuine autonomy, long-term stability, and an excellent work-life balance. The Role: • Managing facilities services, contractors, and compliance activities. • Overseeing building maintenance, site grounds, and access control. • Monday - Friday, days-based. The Person: • Facilities Management or Facilities Maintenance experience. • Knowledge of facilities compliance • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments would be advantageous.
