Management Accountant

We're partnering with a development management and project management consultancy for luxury hospitality and residential properties in the UK and internationally. They're looking for a newley qualified management accountant to join their growing team in London. Duties: • The timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company and related client entities, including preparation of: • Profit & Loss with analytical review • Balance Sheet with full supporting schedules • Cash flow Statement • Funding request • Ad hoc reports • Partnering with project and operations teams to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the business, building insightful financial reporting • Monitoring overall cash position on a regular basis to ensure business needs are met • Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts. • Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls. • Management of the outsourced finance function • Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required. • Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed. • Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.
