Management & L&D Trainer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid (London office attendance approximately 6 days per year)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are delighted to be partnering with a nationally recognised training provider that has been delivering high-quality apprenticeships and professional development programmes across the UK for over 20 years. Due to continued growth and investment in their delivery team, they are seeking an experienced Management & L&D Trainer to support learners across apprenticeship and commercial training programmes.
The Role You will deliver engaging virtual and blended learning programmes across Leadership & Management, Learning & Development, HR and Coaching apprenticeships and commercial programmes at Levels 3, 4, 5 and 7.
Working with learners throughout their journey, you will provide coaching, assessment and developmental feedback to support successful completion and positive learner outcomes. While this is predominantly a remote role, occasional face-to-face delivery may be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging virtual and blended learning sessions.
• Support, coach and mentor learners throughout their learning journey.
• Mark assignments and provide constructive developmental feedback.
• Monitor learner progress, achievement and engagement.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
Essential Requirements
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS, Level 4 Award in Education and Training, or Level 3 working towards Level 4).
• Experience delivering Leadership & Management, HR, Learning & Development, or Coaching training programmes.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships and/or adult learning programmes.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Maths and English at Level 2 or above.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Management qualification.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment requirements.
Desirable
• Knowledge of the current Ofsted Inspection Framework.
• Experience delivering Level 7 programmes.
• Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1 or equivalent).
