Marketing Manager, c£50k doe, London / Hybrid, Travel Industry
Are you a strategic, commercially focused marketing leader looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across an exciting portfolio of B2B and B2C brands within the travel industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a multi-channel marketing function, leading digital campaigns that drive audience growth, customer engagement and commercial revenue. You'll manage and develop a talented marketing team while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of digital and print brands.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, paid media and website marketing.
• Lead marketing activity for industry events, driving registrations, ticket sales, awards entries and attendee engagement.
• Create and optimise customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation using CRM and marketing platforms.
• Deliver commercial client campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
• Analyse campaign performance, website traffic and audience insights, using data to optimise future marketing activity.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and reporting, presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and creative execution across all platforms.
• Identify new audience growth opportunities, partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.
• Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Work closely with commercial, editorial and customer success teams to support business objectives and maximise revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
• Strong digital marketing expertise across email, content, social media, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience using customer engagement or marketing automation platforms to build personalised customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data and insights to drive performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the online travel sector preferred but not essential
