Mortgage Case Manager Nr. Edinburgh/Hybrid working Up to £27k per annum Are you a mortgage professional, seeking a new opportunity where you can build your skills with a specialist, niche lender? Our client is a specialist mortgage brokerage and one of the UK’s leading experts in self-build, custom-build, renovation and conversion finance. Our client is seeking an experienced, mortgage expert to join their specialist mortgage team. Playing a key role in supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team. Duties will include: • Responsible for packaging and progressing mortgage applications from Decisions in Principle, through to mortgage offer. • Assessing cases and issuing clear requirements to customers and Mortgage Advisers. • Reviewing financial documentation and supporting application documentation. • Packaging and submitting fully reviewed, quality-checked mortgage applications to lenders. • Actively chasing outstanding information to progress applications. The successful individual will possess: • Previous experience in mortgage case management. • Experience processing mortgage applications from DIP through to offer. • Strong communication and relationship building skills. • CeMap would be highly desirable but not essential.
