Job description

Our client Reading borough council is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Major Adaptations team. We are looking for someone who has: • Significant experience assessing for major adaptations. • Strong knowledge of adaptation pathways. • Experience writing detailed adaptation specifications and reports. • Excellent assessment, problem-solving and communication skills. • A person-centred approach with a focus on independence, choice and wellbeing. • HCPC registration and Occupational Therapy qualification.
