Job description

FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client based in the Stepps area of Glasgow. The role will be fully office based. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Office Manager and project teams in all aspects of administration including purchasing and supplier management, travel and accommodation bookings, stationery and PPE ordering, fleet admin support and reception and visitor management. The role is extremely varied so you must be an organised multi-tasker and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Package / benefits in the role of Office Administrator: • Salary £28,000 (£13.50 per hour) • Full time working hours – 40 hours per week Mon – Fri • Temporary on-going role – immediate start available • Fully collaborative work and team environment The role of Office Administrator: • Office administration – supporting the busy office environment, with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently and professionally. • Invoicing and finance support – supplier and client invoicing, along with good attention to detail and confidence in handling administrative finance processes. • Organisation and initiative – strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and use initiative to solve problems and keep work moving smoothly. • Communication and teamwork – clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide a high standard of service. • IT and confidentiality – excellent Microsoft Office skills, a discreet and confidential approach, and the ability to handle information responsibly Requirements in the role of OfficeAdministrator: • Previous office-based administrative experience • Clear communication skills • Strong IT skills – Word, Excel etc If you are looking for a fast-paced and varied Administration role then apply now!
