PA / Office Manager | Salisbury based | Full time | Hybrid | ?Are you the person who keeps everything moving? Every successful business has that one person everyone depends on. This is far more than a traditional PA role. It's a varied position where you'll help keep the business running seamlessly, supporting a Senior Leadership Team and making sure Advisers can focus on looking after clients. What you'll be doing • Managing diaries for the SLT • Organising Board meetings, agendas and taking minutes • Coordinating meetings with Non-Executive Directors • Arranging lunches, travel and company events • Managing office suppliers, contracts and stationery • Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members • Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues before escalating where needed • Improving processes and finding smarter ways of doing things • Being the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes About youYou'll already have experience as a PA, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant or Office Manager, but it's your attitude that will really set you apart. You'll be someone who is organised, proactive and always one step ahead.
