Online Tutor Required Job Details Working in partnership with Local Authorities, you'll provide online 1:1 tuition to students who require alternative educational provision and a more personalised approach to learning. Many learners may be unable to access mainstream education and benefit from consistent support to build confidence, engagement, and academic progress. We're looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Online Tutors to provide remote 1:1 support to children and young people who require a personalised approach to learning. These online tutoring opportunities offer flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students who may be unable to access education in a traditional setting. You'll work with learners from a range of backgrounds, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve positive educational outcomes. Many of the students supported have additional needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, and other SEND requirements. • Location: Remote / Online • Hours: Flexible • Start Date: September 2026 • Type: 1:1 Online Tuition • Pay Rate: £25-£30 Requirements • Minimum 6 months' experience working in an educational setting • Experience tutoring or supporting children and young people • Ability to deliver engaging online sessions • Confident using online learning platforms and technology • Experience supporting SEND learners is desirable • Patient, organised, and adaptable approach • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
