Job description
This temporary Operational Project Manager role in the Not For Profit industry, focusing on laboratory relocation's and complex operational change. 3 days on site - impactful opportunity to make a difference!

Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the integrated implementation plan.
• Coordinate activities across impacted teams and divisions
• Consolidate operational requirements into a single delivery plan.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate laboratory moves, equipment installation, and validation activities (lift-and-shift).
• Support the development of cost, resource, and implementation plans.
• Prepare governance papers and progress reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and track actions.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Support Discovery Operations with other business-critical implementation activities, as priorities allow.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational planning and governance.
Profile
Experience Required
• Experience as a infrastructure / operational Project Manager in a healthcare/ life science setting
• Experience delivering lift-and-shift projects within a Life Sciences environment or in a similar sector.
• Experience managing and delivering complex operational change programmes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Offer
• Daily Rate outside IR35 (DOE)
