Operations and Projects manager

What’s in it for you? • 4-day working week with a full-time salary • Competitive annual leave entitlement, increasing with length of service • Option to purchase additional annual leave • Birthday off • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave • Life insurance • Free onsite parking • Free weekly fruit delivery • Complimentary tea and coffee • Book swap corner • Opportunity to play a key role within a growing and ambitious business • Supportive, collaborative and customer-focused working environment Must have’s • Previous experience leading, coordinating and delivering operational projects, process improvements or system changes • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Leadership experience with the ability to support, mentor and develop teams • Experience working with CRM systems, operational systems or workflow platforms • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to coordinate testing, implementation activities and process rollouts • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments • Passion for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement Nice to have’s • Experience working within a regulated environment • Consumer credit or financial services experience • Experience with systems integrations, migrations or automation projects • Database management, coding or data extraction experience So, what will you be doing? • Training, mentoring and supporting the Operations team • Leading operational and systems-based projects from planning through to delivery • Managing project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications • Coordinating testing, implementation and post-launch support • Supporting the onboarding of new business partners and service providers • Creating and maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems • Setting up onboarding documentation, system permissions and commercial information • Acting as a key contact for onboarding updates and operational queries • Working with internal teams and third-party providers to improve systems and processes • Identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies • Supporting system configuration, troubleshooting and business change activities • Producing project documentation, process maps and operational procedures • Providing senior operational support and escalation where required • Driving continuous improvement and successful adoption of new processes across the business Helpful extras • Hybrid working with three days in the office and one day working remotely • Full-time role worked across four days, Monday to Thursday • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing business Interested?
