The OTC Process Lead will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising the order-to-cash process within the accounting and finance function of a property-focused organisation. Description • Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the OTC framework. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the invoicing and collection processes. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with organisational goals. • Prepare and present regular reports on OTC performance to senior stakeholders. • Support the accounting and finance department with reconciliations and process documentation. • Act as the primary point of contact for OTC-related queries and escalations. • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and company policies.
