Job description

Status: 3 month temporary agency worker (PAYE, agency worker) *with possibility of extension Hourly rate: £18.73 per hour = £36,537.50 per annum Hrs/Wk: Mon to Fri (37.5 hours per week) An international entertainment company is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant. PA / Team Assistant - Responsibilities • Manage a complex international calendar, travel, expenses and executive administration. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefing materials and presentations, and track actions to completion. • Support the delivery of ESG, CSR, sustainability and compliance initiatives through effective planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate governance meetings, leadership forums and cross-functional working groups. • Provide administrative support for the Vice President’s responsibilities as host lead for the London office, including team events, visitors and local engagement activities. • Build strong working relationships across Legal, Public Policy, Compliance, Sustainability and other business functions, acting as a key coordination point. • Handle confidential information with discretion and continually identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working. PA / Team Assistant - Requirements: • Experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, international environment. • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement. • Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills • Experience coordinating international projects or executive events.
