We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer for their established dealership in Wandsworth. Benefits for the successful Paint Sprayer: • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum • Bonus potential of up to £12,000 based on performance • Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday • 22 days holiday plus your birthday off • Opportunities for skill enhancement in painting and polishing • Supportive and professional team environment • Flexibility in working arrangements for high performers Duties of the Paint Sprayer: • Applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles with precision and attention to detail • Performing machine polishing and detailing to enhance vehicle appearance • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety regulations • Assisting with bodyshop prep work when necessary • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace • Completing all tasks within specified timeframes to ensure efficiency Requirements of the Paint Sprayer: • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role within a bodyshop environment • Strong knowledge of bodyshop prep, polishing, and detailing techniques • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team setting • Flexibility to undertake additional detailing or polishing duties as required • Proactive approach and dedication to craftsmanship This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Paint Sprayer to join a respected company committed to high standards of service and employee growth.
