Job description

A respected law firm is seeking a compassionate and organised Court of Protection Paralegal to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal looking to develop their legal career within a specialist team supporting clients and their families. The successful Court of Protection Paralegal will work alongside experienced Partners and fee earners, gaining exposure to a broad range of Court of Protection matters while developing strong technical and client management skills. The Company?The successful Court of Protection Paralegal will join a supportive and experienced legal team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality advice and client care. The firm provides a collaborative environment where junior legal professionals can develop their knowledge, take on responsibility and build a long-term career within Court of Protection work. The RoleAs the Court of Protection Paralegal you will support the team with the day-to-day management of client matters, legal documentation and financial administration. The role will include: * Supporting Partners and fee earners across a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters * Opening client files and completing onboarding and compliance checks * Drafting correspondence, legal documents and client communications * Maintaining accurate electronic and paper case files * Liaising with clients, families, professionals and third parties * Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence * Assisting with financial administration, including client account records and payment processes The Court of Protection Paralegal?You will be an organised and empathetic individual with an interest in developing your career within Court of Protection law.
