Paraplanner Leicestershire Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working available An exciting opportunity for a talented Paraplanner to join a highly respected Wealth Management firm. NJR Recruitment is proud to be working with a prestigious, forward-thinking Wealth Management practice that provides exceptional, bespoke advice to Private Clients across the UK. Due to continued growth and success, the firm is now looking for an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join their collaborative team based in Leicestershire. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, technical challenge, and professional progression - all within a friendly, modern, and supportive environment. The Role As a Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in supporting the Financial Planners in delivering high-quality, tailored advice to clients. You'll be trusted to apply your technical expertise and analytical skills to help shape meaningful client outcomes. Your day-to-day will include: o Preparing detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations o Conducting in-depth technical research across pensions, investments and protection o Supporting Advisers with complex client cases and strategic planning o Ensuring all client work is fully compliant and delivered efficiently o Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providers About You You'll be an experienced Paraplanner who loves the technical side of financial planning and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
