Paraplanner

We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our client's New Business Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality financial planning, producing cashflow models, researching protection products, and preparing suitability reports and financial plans. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in paraplanning while contributing to the evolution of the function in a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare suitability reports and financial plans for clients • Produce cashflow models and research financial products • Ensure all advice and documentation complies with regulatory standards • Maintain accurate client records in back-office systems • Collaborate with advisers and support the delivery of new business • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and client service Skills & Experience: • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) — essential • Experience in a paraplanner role with suitability report writing • Familiarity with cashflow modelling software (Voyant preferred) • Experience with back-office systems (Intelliflo Office preferred) • Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance standards • Experience across pensions, investments, and protection products desirable • About You: • Positive, proactive, and curious with a commitment to continuous learning • Thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in quality work • Works effectively within a small, collaborative team • Able to manage and prioritise workload independently • Willing to go above and beyond when required • Benefits: Up to £55,000 starting salary Hybrid working with 4pm finish every Friday Comprehensive benefits including income protection, death in service, private medical insurance, pension scheme, and health cash plan Cycle-to-work and salary sacrifice car schemes Extra day off each month Full support for professional development and relevant qualifications Location: – Hybrid (office & home) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time How to Apply: If this role sounds like a fit, please submit your CV to Josie at Artemis Recruitment and a brief covering note explaining your interest.
