Job description

Part-Time HR Manager - 4 days per week (c.30 hours) Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (On-Site with parking) Salary: £54-58,000 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits including bonus, pension, development opportunities Reed HR are proud to be partnering with a global organisation as they seek a HR Manager on a part-time basis, to join their divisional HR team, based in West Oxfordshire. This role will be a critical part of the leadership team where you will collaborate to deliver people focused HR excellence. What you'll be doing: • Collaborate with the Site’s Leadership and divisional HR teams to deliver HR knowledge in key areas such as employee engagement, culture development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee wellbeing, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and community focus. • Serve as the first point of contact on site for all people-related matters, including recruitment, investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, performance, absence, and change management. • Provide and analyse key business statistics to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified, site performance is monitored, and HR support and advice is evidence-based. What you'll need: • CIPD qualification. • Experience working within a standalone role • Strategic thinking with a focus on championing colleague experience. • Ability to offer HR expertise across a wide range of generalist HR matters. • Reliability and credibility as part of the Leadership Team. • Awareness of self-impact and adaptability in style to be an effective business partner. • Experience in a unionised environment. • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
