This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to provide crucial support within the Media & Agency industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Description • Provide general administrative support to the Founder, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members. • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required. • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with the organisation of events, including booking venues and arranging materials. • Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors when necessary. • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Profile A successful Admin Assistant should have: • Marketing or related fields grad/undergrad with 1-2 years experience in social media management. • A solid understanding of administrative processes and best practices. • Proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
