Parts Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career within a well-established automotive group, offering competitive remuneration, comprehensive benefits, and career progression options. Benefits: • Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £35,000, including bonuses • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break • Rotational Saturday mornings (1 in 4) from 9am to 1pm • Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities • Modern dealership premises with a customer-focused approach Duties of theParts Advisor: • Assisting customers with parts purchases, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism • Managing parts stock, procurement, and inventory to meet workshop requirements • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery • Maintaining an organised and tidy parts department • Supporting workshop and service departments with accurate parts provision • Providing expert advice on parts and accessories to customers, enhancing customer satisfaction Requirements: • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade sector • Strong understanding of automotive parts and stock management processes • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment If you are an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge within a respected dealership in Crawley, we encourage you to apply.
