What you will bring to the role We are looking for someone who can bring a blend of strong communication skills, empathy and analytical ability. From the job description, the key attributes and experience that will help you succeed include: • Confidence communicating with patients, relatives, clinical staff and senior managers. • Ability to gather patient feedback sensitively, including during emotional or challenging conversations. • Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets. • Experience collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data. • Ability to write structured, comprehensive reports for clinical and managerial staff. • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload. • Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, diplomacy and empathy. • Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection principles. • Ability to identify trends in data and highlight key findings. • A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
