About the CompanyWe are a well-established hospitality business based in London, committed to delivering excellent service and creating a positive working environment for our employees. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The RoleAs Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 200 employees. Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure all payroll activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with relevant legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full end-to-end payroll process for approximately 200 employees. • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. • Maintain employee payroll records and update information as required. • Calculate statutory payments, deductions, and adjustments. • Liaise with employees regarding payroll queries and resolve issues promptly. • Produce payroll reports and support management with payroll-related information. • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation. • Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and operational teams. Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll. • Experience using Sage Payroll. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately. • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
