Payroll Administrator Harrogate | Hybrid Working (Minimum 2 Days in Office) Salary: Competitive DOE Hours: Full Time Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for your next opportunity with a growing and dynamic business? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Administrator to join their busy payroll team in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation experiencing significant growth and development. Key Responsibilities • Preparing and inputting payroll data • Processing payroll accurately and in line with current legislation • Completing payroll reconciliations • Administering pensions and auto-enrolment duties • Producing payslips, P45s and P60s • Calculating average holiday pay for variable-pay employees • Responding to employee payroll queries • Maintaining payroll records and reporting • Supporting payroll KPI reporting and statistical submission About You • Minimum of 2 years' payroll experience • Strong understanding of PAYE, NIC and statutory payments • Experience administering pensions and auto-enrolment • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of Resourcelink/Zellis would be advantageous but is not essential What's on Offer? • Hybrid working arrangement • Opportunity to join a growing and evolving organisation • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Competitive salary and benefits package Interested?
