Job description

Our client is looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to become part of their friendly and collaborative HR department. This is a permanent role supporting a diverse staff community and managing a complex teachers' payroll that keeps the school running smoothly. You'll be part of a team that values accuracy, communication, and shared problem-solving. Using I-Trent, you'll help ensure every member of staff is paid correctly and on time, while supporting colleagues with clear, confident guidance on payroll matters. In This Role, You Will: • Run monthly payroll for teaching and support staff, handling varied pay structures and term-time arrangements. • Maintain HRIS data in I-Trent, ensuring all changes are captured accurately. • Support staff with payroll queries, pension questions, and pay-related advice. • Collaborate with HR and Finance colleagues to deliver a seamless service. • Contribute to improvements in payroll processes and reporting.
