This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working in a friendly hard working team, who take great pride in their work. Warner Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established company seeking a Payroll Administrator to support their finance and HR function with their payroll for 100 employees. Payroll Administrator Location: Northampton (Part-Time 2-3 days per week) Job Type: Part-time (flexible office hours) The Role Working closely with the finance and HR teams, you will take responsibility for collating, preparing, and validating payroll data before it is passed to an external bureau for processing. Key Responsibilities • Gather and accurately input payroll data, including starters, leavers, and changes • Ensure all payroll information is complete and ready for submission to the bureau • Perform data checks and resolve discrepancies prior to processing • Maintain and update employee payroll records • Liaise with internal teams to obtain approvals and information in a timely manner • Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries related to data preparation • Support with reporting and payroll-related administration as required About You • Previous experience in payroll administration is essential • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Confident working with payroll systems and Excel • Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach • Experience working with outsourced payroll/bureau services is beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer • A supportive and friendly working environment • Flexibilie office hours • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements
