Job description

MacKenzie King are recruiting an experienced Payroll Specialist on a 6 month contract, to join a global organisation on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist with strong international payroll experience and a solid understanding of the Cloudpay platform. You will be responsible for managing multiple international payrolls, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance, handling employee queries, and maintaining payroll data across various regions. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple international payrolls. • Input, validate and maintain payroll data within the Cloudpay system. • Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and in accordance with local legislation and company deadlines. • Review and reconcile payroll reports prior to payroll approval and payment. • Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers and external partners. • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, calculations and employee concerns. • Process payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, commissions and statutory payments. • Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation. • Work closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure data accuracy. • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities. • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and procedures. Essential Requirements • Hands-on Cloudpay experience is essential. • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing. • Experience managing payrolls across multiple countries and jurisdictions. • Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong problem-solving and query-resolution skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Proven experience in an international payroll position is highly desirable.
