People Operations Manager Glasgow (Hybrid working) Permanent, Full Time £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Looking for your next leadership opportunity within People Operations? We're recruiting a People Operations Manager to join a growing organisation, leading a team across Payroll, HR Systems, HR Administration and Reward. This is an opportunity to shape and improve people operations, drive efficiencies and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an outstanding employee experience. What you'll be doing: • Leading a high-performing People Operations team. • Overseeing payroll, HR systems, administration and reward. • Driving process improvement, automation and operational excellence. • Using HR data and insights to support business decisions. • Leading annual reward and compensation activity. • Partnering with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders across the organisation. We're looking for someone with: • Experience leading an HR Operations, Shared Services or People Services function. • A strong understanding of end-to-end in-house payroll (you won't be processing payroll day-to-day, but you'll be the escalation point for your team). • HRIS and people data experience. • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. • A passion for continuous improvement and creating efficient, people-focused processes.
