Your responsibilities will include: • Handling personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution • Conducting Sheriff Court and ASPIC litigation • Drafting court documents, pleadings and client correspondence • Appearing in court where appropriate • Instructing and liaising with Counsel • Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims • Maintaining accurate file management and compliance procedures About you This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who: • Has at least 1 year's PQE in personal injury litigation • Has experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases • Is confident managing their own caseload • Has experience with advocacy and instructing Counsel • Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills • Is organised and capable of managing competing deadlines • Is comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office The environment You'll be joining an established Glasgow firm that prides itself on providing a supportive and collaborative workplace.
