Your responsibilities will include: • Handling personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution • Managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases • Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy • Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently • Maintaining regular client contact and delivering excellent service • Supporting the wider team on larger and more complex cases where required About you This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who: • Has 1–5 years' PQE in personal injury litigation • Has experience managing their own caseload • Enjoys working directly with clients • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills • Is comfortable prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines • Has experience using case management systems • Takes a practical and client-focused approach The environment You'll be joining an established personal injury team known for its client-focused approach and collaborative culture.
