Private & Family PA (Part-Time) Permanent | PART TIME ROLE. 3 days per week Salary: up to 50k (full time salary). Circa 27-30K part time. Hybrid | Predominantly remote with flexibility to visit the family home and meet the founder when required Location: North London (EN5) The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional Private & Family PA to support a highly successful entrepreneur with the smooth running of their personal, family and household affairs. A dedicated Business PA is already in place, allowing this role to focus entirely on the founder's personal life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and discreet, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and create more time and headspace for a busy family. Key Responsibilities • Manage personal emails, diaries and family calendars. • Coordinate appointments, events and day-to-day family logistics. • Work closely with the Business PA to ensure seamless coordination between personal and professional commitments. • Arrange personal and family travel, holidays and itineraries. • Manage household administration, contractors, maintenance and renewals. • Coordinate memberships, charitable commitments, gifts and special occasions. • Maintain organised records and proactively oversee ongoing tasks. About You You'll have previous experience supporting an entrepreneur, executive or private family and be confident managing multiple priorities independently. You'll be warm, professional and highly discreet, with exceptional organisational skills, excellent judgement and a naturally proactive approach. Additional Information • Permanent, part-time role (3 days per week). • Hybrid working with flexibility to travel to North London weekly. • Occasional weekend availability may be needed for family events.
