Senior Associate / Legal Director - Private Client (Lifetime Planning) West Wales | £50,000-£60,000 DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Lifetime Planning team in West Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director looking for their next career move, offering the chance to take a leading role within a specialist team, manage complex and high-value matters, and play an important part in the continued growth and development of the department. The successful candidate will join a well-established Private Client team, advising a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on bespoke succession, inheritance and lifetime planning matters. You will handle a sophisticated caseload with a particular focus on trusts, estate planning, estate administration and tax planning, providing tailored advice to clients looking to protect and preserve their wealth for future generations. The role will include: • Advising on complex lifetime estate planning matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts • Managing high-value and complex estate administrations • Advising clients on succession planning and intergenerational wealth management • Handling matters involving agricultural property relief (APR) and business property relief (BPR) • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Property and Corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters • Providing support, guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers and advisors within the team • Contributing to the continued development and success of the Lifetime Planning offering This opportunity would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor who enjoys working on technically complex matters, building trusted client relationships and supporting the development of others. STEP qualification would be desirable, although strong technical experience within trusts, estates and succession planning will be highly valued.
