Role Summary: This is an opportunity for a Private Clients Account Handler to join a busy HNW team in Central London. You will be handling incoming private client work across servicing, renewals and account support, with the chance to build strong technical experience in a fast-paced environment. Longer term, the business can offer internal mobility into commercial or corporate insurance for those looking to broaden their career. Key Responsibilities: • Manage HNW private client insurance cases: Gain broad exposure across a varied book rather than being tied to one executive • Handle renewals, servicing and incoming account activity: Build confidence across the full client journey and develop strong technical foundations • Support new business enquiries where required: Add value to a busy team and strengthen your wider broking experience • Prepare accurate documentation and client correspondence: Build a reputation for quality, reliability and attention to detail • Work closely with colleagues across the office: Develop internal relationships that can support future progression into other areas of insurance Requirements: • High net worth private client insurance experience • Background in account handling, broking support or private client servicing • Confident handling renewals, documentation and day-to-day client queries • Comfortable working from a Central London office full-time during the initial onboarding period • CII qualified, Dip CII qualified or interested in progressing professional qualifications • Able to work effectively in a busy, high-standard team environment If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team - we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
