Production AdministratorLocation: Poole Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Two Six Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected manufacturing business in Poole for a Production Administrator. This is a varied office-based role supporting the Production team, where you'll be responsible for coordinating orders, liaising with customers, preparing documentation and ensuring production runs smoothly. You'll also spend some time in the production area checking customer items, so this role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of administration and practical tasks. This opportunity may also suit candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Sales Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Operations Administrator or Customer Service Administrator who are looking for a varied role within a busy manufacturing environment. The Role • Providing administrative support to the Production department. • Liaising with customers regarding orders and requirements. • Preparing production paperwork, packaging labels and barcode labels. • Coordinating customer orders and ensuring deadlines are met. • Booking collections and deliveries. • Ordering stock and supporting project coordination. • Accurate data entry and document preparation. • Working closely with the shop floor to communicate customer requirements. • Occasional hands-on duties, including checking and unpacking customer items. About YouWe're looking for someone who has: • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel (Access experience would be an advantage). • A proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. • The flexibility to assist with occasional practical duties when required.
