Production Operative (Immediate Start) - Food ManufacturingLocation: Haverhill Job Type: Temporary (Initially 3 months with potential to extend) Shifts: Shift-based role Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business in Haverhill for Production Operatives to join the team immediately. If you have experience in food production, manufacturing, factory work or a similar production environment, we'd like to hear from you. Full training is provided, including operating industrial mixing equipment, so previous mixer experience isn't required. The RoleWorking as part of a busy production team, you'll be responsible for operating production equipment, preparing ingredients, completing quality checks and supporting the day-to-day manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Responsibilities • Operating production and mixing equipment following full training • Preparing and weighing ingredients for production • Monitoring production processes and recording information accurately • Labelling finished products and raw materials • Completing production paperwork and documentation • Maintaining high food safety, hygiene and quality standards • Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets • Reporting any issues or equipment faults to the Team Supervisor What We're Looking For • Previous experience within food manufacturing, production, factory or warehouse environments • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role • Able to follow processes and health & safety procedures • Reliable with a positive attitude and good attention to detail • Happy working shifts and available to start immediately What's on Offer • Immediate start available • Full training provided • Opportunity to gain experience with a leading manufacturing business • Potential for the assignment to be extended • Friendly and supportive team environment Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
