Project Administrator Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Central London Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their growing team. Our client is a well-established consultancy that delivers leadership, communication and team development programmes to a wide range of prestigious organisations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate client engagements, scheduling sessions and managing logistics. • Support Project Managers with the delivery of client programmes. • Maintain accurate project information across internal systems. • Liaise with clients, facilitators and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Support the Business Development team in transitioning new opportunities into live projects. • Assist with invoicing and credit control activities. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing client requirements. • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. About YouWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
