Job description

Project Architect Location: London Salary: £45-50,000 Our client is looking for a Project Architect to join their growing multidisciplinary team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion while developing your career in a collaborative environment. The Role • Lead projects through all RIBA work stages. • Develop practical, high-quality design solutions. • Build strong relationships with clients and consultants. • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. • Produce accurate design and technical information. • Support project delivery to programme and budget. • Mentor junior team members where required. • Contribute to a collaborative and design-focused culture. About You • RIBA Part III qualified and ARB registered. • Experience delivering UK architectural projects. • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations. • Confident managing projects from concept to completion. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. • Bentley/OpenBuildings, Enscape or V-Ray experience is beneficial. • Proactive, organised and able to work to deadlines.
