Property Maintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations within managed properties, including liaising with tenants when they have a maintenance issue, trying to diagnose the issue, instructing contractors, building a database of trusted contractors, assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required and ensuring the smooth running of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service while managing repair and maintenance requests and enquiries.
• Liaise with landlords and property managers to accurately record repair requests and coordinate necessary works, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained throughout.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing the outcome of completed works and communicate updates to relevant landlords and property managers.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer and contractor requirements to support the smooth running of the department.
Requirements:
• Professional, polite, and confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience within a property maintenance, repairs, facilities, or similar operational environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of managing maintenance tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and following jobs through from start to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effective

• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
